This wine presents a very characteristic aromatic complexity of the grape variety, with citrus and grapefruit notes. On the palate it is fresh with minerality and elegant acidity. Good persistence and a finish with saline notes resulting from a select terroir.
At approximately 200 meters altitude and about 10 km from the Atlantic Ocean, with a unique and exceptional terroir, we seek the most vibrant expression of Portuguese grape varieties, demonstrating their full potential for producing quality wines with great aging potential.
<strong>SOIL GEOLOGY</strong>
The Arinto variety thrives in very old, poor, and acidic schistous soils, where the vine roots penetrate to the cooler lower layers. Its dark colors absorb solar radiation, which is released as heat at night, allowing for the production of very high-quality grapes.

<strong>WINERY</strong>
Grapes received at the winery in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection followed by destemming, skin maceration and gentle pneumatic pressing of the grapes and the natural process of static decantation that leads to alcoholic fermentation. After the normal fermentation period in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of around 15 ºC, the wine underwent a period of aging in tanks, stabilized and finally bottled.
Special care was taken in the winemaking, minimizing any intervention, with the purpose of producing a wine that well expresses the particularities of the grapes and their unique and exceptional terroir.
